The New York Stock Exchange Foundation, Inc. is a private philanthropic
foundation established by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in
1983. The Foundation makes grants, within the limits of its available
resources, in support of worthy educational, charitable and civic
organizations. The Foundation seeks to ensure the meaningfulness
of its grants in the areas where the NYSE Group is a participating
corporate citizen.
The NYSE Foundation recently awarded grants totaling $965,000 to 28 educational and community programs.
